Ultimate Reset – Day 3

Today was pretty similar to Day 1 and Day 2. Had a bit of a headache from the caffeine withdrawal.  I have definitely needed more sleep than usual.  I got home earlier from work and took a nap. It was awesome.  Here’s what I had to eat today on the plan:

Breakfast: Vegan Chocolate Shakeoglogy

Lunch: Green salad with cucumbers, peppers, and a homemade vinaigrette dressing with lime and sesame lentils

Dinner: Roasted salmon, sweet potato, and asparagus
